Put them in his shoes, he said they were hard, not cushy at all and hurt his feet. He took them right back out so guess I wasted my money
I placed an order and paid for the "Imperial Venetian "Leather Balm"(Neutral). I received the Venetian Shoe "Cream" instead. The reason that I went with this product (Imperial Venetian Leather Balm), is because it was reviewed as the least of the shoe conditioners to discolor. I have a brand new pair of very expensive "Red Wing "Iron Ranger" boots that I would like to keep as close to the original color as possible. The reason that I ordered the "Balm", is that it was rated and reviewed better for its' water repellency than the "Cream". I Greatly appreciate the speedy turn-around and delivery; but am very disappointed in receiving and payment charge of the wrong product.
